The Company's Aspen Properties are situated in the Blackwater area of the Nechako Plateau region of British Columbia, approximately 100 kilimeters south-southwest of Vanderhoof, BC. The Properties are comprised of 65 claims in two blocks, encompassing a total of 29,137.30 hectares -- Aspen West and Aspen East. The Blackwater area of the Nechako Plateau continues to be a focal point of exploration for many companies due to the recent discovery of a world class gold-silver deposit by New Gold Inc. The Aspen West property is strategically located 15 kms northeast of the Blackwater gold-silver deposit (New Gold Inc.).
The Company's Tanzanian Nyakagwe project is located 6 Km's from Barrick's 12M oz Bulyanhulu gold mine, an underground operation which produced over 260,000 ounces of gold in 2010. Redhill has entered into an Agreement allowing it to acquire an initial 85% interest, and the right to acquire the remaining 15% ownership of 46 Primary Mining Licenses and 100% interest in a Prospecting License in this property. Together these licenses form 3 blocks of contiguous claims totaling 500 hectares with analogous geology to that of the Bulyanhulu mine.
The Company's Honey Comb Hills project is located in the Fish Creek District, Juab Country, approximately 2.5 hours south west of Salt Lake City, Utah. The Company holds a 100% interest in 64 unpatented lode claims, covering approximately 2 square kilometers, in close proximity to Great Western Minerals Group's (GWMG) Deep Sands REE project.
